By using Urban Finance Centre Ltd. you are consenting to us collecting and storing personal data about you. You also acknowledge that if you have a current mortgage and are considering raising funds or re-mortgaging that you have contacted your existing lender. This data will be used to provide the service applied for and may be stored by Urban Finance Centre Ltd. to keep you informed of products and services, which may be of interest to you. This data will not be used other than in the normal course of our business, if you do not wish to receive such information, all you need to do is write to let us know. If you wish to receive details of personal data held about you by us, you may write to request this - we are entitiled to charge a fee for this service and it is usually £10.

Data Protection

We will store and process your information on Urban Finance Centre Ltd. computers and in any other way. This will include personal and financial information that we may obtain from you or from third parties (such as joint account holders, reference agencies or other organisations when you apply for an account or any other product or service). We use your information to manage your account(s) and provide the service offered, for assessment and analysis (including credit scoring), and to develop and improve our services to you.

• to credit reference agencies, fraud prevention agencies and other organisations who may record, use and give out information to other lenders and/or insurers. The information may be used to make assessments for credit and all types of insurance, for debt tracing and to prevent fraud and money laundering;
• to persons acting as our agents under a strict code of confidentiality;
• to anyone to whom we transfer or may transfer our rights and duties under our Client Acknowledgement;
• as required by law.

Other than the above we will keep your information as confidential. If we transfer your information to a service provider or agent in another country, we will make sure that the service provider or agent agrees to apply the same levels of protection as we are required to apply to information held in the UK and to use your information only for the purpose of providing the service to us.
